Partner with TriStar

We work with certificated operators, other brokers, travel agencies and corporate travel teams. Straight terms, no minimum volume, and a dispatcher who answers at 3am because that is when charter requests arrive.

Who we work with

Four kinds of partner, four different asks

Aircraft operators

Fill repositioning legs and open availability. We bring vetted demand, confirm the trip against your operating limits before we commit a client, and pay on agreed terms. We do not ask you to discount published rates to win a quote we have not sold.

We only place trips with FAA-certificated FAR Part 135 direct air carriers holding full operational control. We prioritise ARGUS and WYVERN audited operators and can pass a client's specific rating requirement straight through.Empty legs you send us are surfaced to a route-alert list, not just dumped on a public page.
Charter brokers

Overflow, coverage gaps and second opinions. If a client route sits outside your usual network — or you need a cabin you cannot source this week — we will quote it and keep the client relationship yours.

Wholesale access without a retainer or a minimum volume. We tell you when a smaller cabin does the job, rather than upselling your client.Fixed all-in pricing so your margin is predictable before you present it.
Travel agencies and concierge

Add private aviation without building an aviation desk. You keep the client; we handle sourcing, the operator paperwork and the ground detail, and we answer 24/7 because charter requests rarely arrive at a convenient hour.

One dispatcher stays on the file from request to landing.Concierge covers catering, ground transport and hotels around the confirmed itinerary.Commission terms agreed per relationship, not a fixed take-it-or-leave-it sheet.
Corporate travel teams

Recurring routes, crew rotations and board movements. We hold your usual corridors on watch so repositioning flights on those lanes reach you before they go public.

Route alerts on the corridors you actually fly.Quotes that break out the aircraft options rather than presenting one number. No prepaid hours, no jet card, no locked fleet.

How we operate

What you can hold us to

Part 135, always

Every flight is operated by an FAA-certificated FAR Part 135 direct air carrier holding full operational control of aircraft, crew and flight. TriStar is the broker and says so plainly to clients.

Fixed all-in quotes

Crew, fuel, handling, landing and segment fees, taxes and concierge are in the number the client approves. No surcharge appears afterwards, which means no awkward call back to your client.

We check before we commit

We hold verified runway data for 135 airports and specifications for 42 aircraft, so a cabin that will not fit a field gets ruled out at quoting, not at dispatch.

We do not oversell

If a smaller cabin does the job, we say so. It costs a little margin and keeps the relationship, which is the trade we prefer.

Partnership questions

Who does TriStar work with?

FAA-certificated FAR Part 135 direct air carriers, charter brokers, travel agencies and concierge companies, and corporate travel teams. TriStar is a broker — the certificated carrier operates the flight and holds full operational control at all times.

What are your operator requirements?

A current FAR Part 135 certificate with full operational control of the aircraft and crew. We prioritise operators audited to the independent ARGUS and WYVERN standards, and we run background and FAA-compliance checks. Clients can request a specific rating, for example ARGUS Platinum, and we pass that requirement through unchanged.

Do you take commission from agencies?

Terms are agreed per relationship rather than from a fixed sheet. The client stays yours; we handle sourcing, operator paperwork and the ground detail.

How do you handle empty legs we send you?

They go into live inventory and into the route-alert list, so members watching that corridor hear about the leg directly rather than only seeing it if they happen to visit a page.

What data do you work from?

We hold verified runway data for 135 civil jet-capable airports — per-runway length, surface, lighting and elevation — and specifications for 42 charter aircraft. That is what lets us tell a client up front that a cabin will not fit a field, instead of finding out at dispatch.

Have aircraft to fill, or a trip to place?

Either way it starts with one message. Dispatch answers 24/7.
