About the concierge

Is the concierge really free?
Yes — trip concierge is complimentary on every TriStar charter. Catering, ground transport and FBO handling are arranged at no service fee; you only pay third-party costs (e.g. a specific restaurant order), always agreed with you first.
What can the concierge arrange?
In-flight catering and fine dining, chauffeured cars on both ends, FBO and customs fast-track, hotels, villas and yachts, event and restaurant reservations, pet travel and any special request. If it touches your trip, we handle it.
How far in advance do you need to know?
The earlier the better for bespoke catering or a specific car, but our dispatch runs 24/7 and routinely arranges same-day. Tell us at booking or any time before departure.
Do you cover international trips?
Worldwide. Customs, permits, ground handling and local partners are arranged wherever you fly, across 40,000+ airports.
