What "vetted" actually means here

Anyone can call an aircraft "safe." We treat it as a checklist. An operator does not appear in a quote to you until we have confirmed it holds an active FAA Part 135 certificate, reviewed its independent safety-audit status, and satisfied ourselves — through documentation and, when needed, a direct conversation with the chief pilot — that the specific aircraft and crew are right for your flight.

Where automation stops and a human starts

Speed and safety aren't opposites, but they need a clear line between them. Our systems do the fast part — surfacing available aircraft, running the numbers, flagging empty legs. The moment a real trip is on the table, a human takes over: a dispatcher confirms the certificated operator, checks the specific tail and crew against the mission, and only then does the price and aircraft get put in front of you. Nothing is auto-booked.

If anything changes before departure — weather, a mechanical, a crew-duty limit — the same dispatcher works the alternatives with the operator and comes back to you with options, not silence. That is the whole reason a broker with real operational experience is worth more than a booking button.

What are ARGUS and WYVERN?

ARGUS and WYVERN are the two leading independent safety-audit standards in private aviation. They evaluate an operator's historical safety record, pilot qualifications and currency, maintenance programs and operational controls. We prioritise operators that carry these ratings.

How do you vet an operator before I fly?

Before confirming any trip we verify the operator's active Part 135 certificate, review their ARGUS/WYVERN status, run background and FAA-compliance checks, cross-check the aircraft and crew, and — where warranted — speak directly with the operator's chief pilot. A human dispatcher signs off before you are booked.

Is a human involved, or is it automated?
